RCF_USE_BOOST_ASIO and boost.asio

Hi Jarl,
I was wondering whether the macro RCF_USE_BOOST_ASIO is officially supported. As far as I remember there was a small section in the documentation for older versions of RCF. Anyhow, it's still in the code of the latest release of RCF (2.0.0.2685).
As we are using boost.asio in other parts of our project I would prefer to stick to the same version.
